Learning Leadership, Creativity, and Problem Solving

YCB December 2024 was a vibrant gathering of young changemakers from across India who came together to explore innovation, creativity, and purposeful leadership. The week created an environment where students could imagine new possibilities and learn directly from experts shaping the future of technology and social impact.

The edition featured inspiring sessions led by some of India’s most respected thinkers. Prof Ganesh Bagler and Prof Payel Mukherjee introduced students to fresh perspectives on innovation and technology, while Dr Sapna Yadav and Prof Pravesh Biyani encouraged them to think deeply about leadership and problem solving. The finale brought together Yashveer Singh, Pragya Vats, and Dr Sommya Bansal for the My Idea for Change competition.

Workshops throughout the week were designed to be practical and empowering. Students practiced critical thinking, learned inventive problem solving, explored product innovation, and strengthened communication skills through the Art of Storytelling. Immersive visits to Rashtrapati Bhavan, the Prime Minister Museum, and the IIT Delhi library and labs connected classroom ideas with real environments.
